HR Director

As an HR Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing HR team by providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent, with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive workforce. Your role will also involve managing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, supporting career growth and development. - Identifying and mitigating HR-related risks, such as legal issues, employee relations problems, and workplace safety concerns. - Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. - Demonstrating proven experience in HR management, with a strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR strategy. - Proficiency in HR software and Labor Laws, as well as HR Best Practices.
