Job Description

HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-depth data analysis and ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems
Develop and manage HR dashboards and analytical reports
Extract and interpret data to generate meaningful business insights
Create reports, presentations, and metrics to support HR and business stakeholders
Assist in managing departmental HR budgets and ensuring financial control

Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong ethics, integrity, and a team-oriented attitude
Advanced proficiency in
MS Excel
(Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.)
Experience in handling
HR analytics and dashboards
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

Other Details:

Position Type:
Contractual (off-roll through MYND Solutions www.myndsol.com)
Contract Duration:
6 months, renewable every 6 months up to 2 years
On-roll Opportunity:
High-performing candidates may be considered for on-roll conversion with Keysight Technologies
