HR Coordinator

As an HR Coordinator at our company, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and dedication to creating a positive workplace environment will be crucial in this role. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment process from posting job openings to facilitating offer letters, managing employee onboarding and offboarding experiences, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting employee engagement initiatives, responding to HR-related queries, preparing HR documentation, coordinating with external vendors, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting performance management processes. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, have proven experience in HR coordination, a strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws, exceptional organizational and time-management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, familiarity with HR software, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
