Role Overview

This role ensures strong compliance governance and payroll coordination for UAE and US entities while supporting broader HR operations from Goa. Recruitment involvement will be limited to assistance as and when required.



Key Responsibilities

A) UAE (Dubai) Compliance & Payroll – Core Ownership

• Coordinate onboarding documentation for Dubai employees including visa, Emirates ID, and EHSI insurance

• Maintain compliance records as per UAE Labour Law including leave, working hours, and contract norms

• Compile monthly UAE payroll inputs: attendance, allowances, reimbursements, deductions

• Track WPS processes, gratuity provisioning, and expiry timelines (visas, IDs, insurances)

• Maintain statutory employee documentation for audits and financial/legal reviews

B) US Compliance & Payroll Coordination – Core Responsibility

• Support onboarding with US payroll vendor/PEO including documentation, I-9 checks

• Ensure state-level compliance requirements are tracked for remote US employees

• Support benefits coordination and payroll record maintenance

• Assist in developing US-specific and global HR policy updates

C) Cross-Border HR Governance – Core Responsibility

• Maintain structured employee lifecycle documentation across India/UAE/US

• Manage HRIS updates and compliance registers

• Support timely reporting for audits, legal queries, and management reviews

• Address policy and payroll-related employee queries for overseas staff

D) Recruitment Support – Secondary Responsibility

• Provide sourcing/screening support during peak hiring periods

• Coordinate interviews

• Support onboarding logistics


Required Skills & Competencies

• 2–6 years HR Operations experience with payroll and statutory documentation exposure

• Good understanding of labor rules and compliance requirements (India mandatory; UAE/US desirable)

• Excellent accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive data

  • Experience in developing, implementing, and managing HR Policies

• Strong coordination and communication skills across geographies

• Ability to independently manage compliance deadlines
