HR Business Partner

As a Human Resources Business Partner at Markem-Imaje in India, your role will involve providing dynamic HR support to the assigned business functions. You will have the opportunity to contribute to upgrading organizational capability through change management, performance management, continuous improvement, and other HR management techniques. Your responsibilities will cover the full spectrum of HR functions for offices in India. **Key Responsibilities**: - Consult and support business leaders on strategic HR matters, including organizational design, talent management, and career development. - Plan, implement, and facilitate HR initiatives such as workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, talent review, succession planning, compensation planning, and lateral movement within the organization. - Develop and deliver an HR strategy in consultation with business leaders and HR colleagues to meet business needs. - Support the end-to-end employee life cycle from recruitment to exit. - Provide advice to business leaders on labor laws and their applicability in the work environment. - Drive employee communications within your business segment. - Lead and support various internal audits like ISO, customer-initiated audits, Sedex, Ecovadis, etc. - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct objective investigations, and analyze trends and metrics for developing retention strategies. - Drive HR improvement projects and initiatives from time to time. **Qualifications Required**: - Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in Human Resources Management. - Minimum 8 years of in-house HR experience with prior experience in an HRBP role. - Basic knowledge and experience in dealing with labor law practices and statutory compliance. - Proficiency in HR metrics, data analysis, and the MS Office suite, especially in Excel. - Demonstrated track record of building relationships with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
