HR Business Partner

with strong expertise in managing both domestic (India) and international employees. The role will focus on aligning people strategy with business objectives, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring a seamless employee experience across geographies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on people and organizational matters.
  • Manage end-to-end HRBP activities for employees based in India and international locations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess talent requirements and design workforce strategies.
  • Drive initiatives related to performance management, employee engagement, career development, and retention.
  • Provide support on cross-cultural employee issues and oversee global HR processes.
  • Partner with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, and policies across multiple regions.
  • Facilitate effective onboarding and induction for international assignees and employees.
  • Work closely with global HR teams to standardize best practices while maintaining cultural sensitivity.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational change and communication strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing HR responsibilities for both Indian employees and international teams (preferred regions: APAC, Europe, or Middle East).
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance across multiple geographies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Exposure to the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry will be an advantage.
