Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the HR function for Gurugram, overseeing all aspects of HR operations.
Drive bulk hiring initiatives to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including the Factories and Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, etc.
Manage corporate communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and internal communication.
Utilize analytical skills to analyse HR data and metrics, providing insights for decision-making.
Demonstrate strong people skills to foster a positive work environment and resolve employee issues.
Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR region as required.
Leverage admin vendor connections for efficient HR operations.
Oversee off-role employee management, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
Experience in team handling, providing leadership and guidance to HR teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
10 to 15 years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably within the automobile industry.
Expertise in bulk hiring and managing high-volume recruitment processes.
In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance related to HR operations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret HR data and trends.
Proven track record of team management and leadership.
Willingness to travel within Delhi region.
Existing network of admin vendors for seamless HR operations.
