Assistant Manager - F&A

JD for Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts:

• Financial Reporting & Consolidation:

• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements for the

company and its subsidiaries in accordance with IND AS.

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly and annual financial reporting.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors and provide necessary

documentation and explanations to support audit procedures.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

• Accounting & Operations:

• Manage the monthly closing process, including account reconciliations

and journal entries.

• Review and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and

schedules.

• Monitor key financial metrics like Capex, CWIP, and balance sheet

schedules.

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Treasury and Banking:

• Handle relationships with banks and financial institutions for securing

new credit facilities, renewals and other credit facilities

• Handle credit rating

• Internal controls:

• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and

ensure accuracy of financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and

company policies.

• Compliance & Statutory Filings:

• Support in filing statutory returns with MCA, etc.
• Assist with data preparation for tax purposes (ITR, TP Audit).

• Continuous improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within

the finance function.

Qualifications:

• Should be a fully qualified Chartered Accountant

• Minimum 2 and upto 5 years of experience in a corporate finance or financial

reporting role of a large corporate. Freshers with exceptional skills will be

considered.

• Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS).

• Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
