Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Develop and execute recruitment strategies for sales and service (technical) positions. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs. Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, agencies). Ensure timely onboarding and orientation of new hires. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles. 2. Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, including PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, minimum wages, Shops & Establishment Act, etc. Liaise with statutory consultants and ensure timely filing of returns and renewals of licenses. Maintain up-to-date documentation and employee records in accordance with regulatory standards. Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance readiness. 3. Employee Lifecycle Management Oversee the entire employee lifecycle from joining to exit. Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records. Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Conduct exit interviews and provide attrition analysis with improvement plans. 4. Performance Management & Training Assist in setting up and executing performance appraisal systems. Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for sales and service staff. Promote employee development and career progression initiatives. 5. Employee Engagement & Welfare Plan and implement employee engagement activities to enhance morale and retention. Address employee concerns promptly and maintain a healthy work culture. Drive welfare activities, including health camps, safety programs, and team-building initiatives. 6. HR Policy & Strategy Review and update HR policies in line with industry best practices and legal requirements. Contribute to strategic HR planning aligned with business objectives. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR dealings. Key Requirements: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Minimum 7 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3+ years in the automobile sector . Hands-on experience in sales and technician recruitment . Sound knowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws . Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll systems. Preferred Attributes: Energetic, approachable, and process-driven. Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Fluent in English and regional languages preferred for effective shop-floor communication.
