About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Benefits & Operations

  • Manage HR Benefits administration including insurance, wellness programs, and employee perks.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with third-party vendors to ensure cost efficiency and quality of service.
  • Handle employee queries and escalate complex issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to benefits and payroll coordination.

2. HR Shared Services (Bank Process)

  • Act as a part of the

    central HR Shared Services team

    catering to multiple banking locations.
  • Ensure process standardization and uniformity in HR service delivery across regions.
  • Manage data accuracy and compliance in HR systems aligned with

    banking governance and audit standards

    .
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance to streamline processes related to

    payroll, leave management, benefits, and reimbursements

    .
  • Maintain SLAs and turnaround times for HR queries, documentation, and service requests.

3. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain

    HR dashboards and reports

    using Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, VLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.).
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends in

    attrition, benefits utilization, employee engagement, and workforce demographics

    .
  • Generate insights and present actionable analytics to management for strategic HR decision-making.
  • Support

    monthly and quarterly HR metrics reporting

    for leadership and audit reviews.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data-driven decision-making in HR policies and processes.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in

    HR Benefits / C&B / HR Shared Services

    .
  • Strong

    Excel and HR data analytics skills

    (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
  • Proven experience in

    vendor and stakeholder management

    .
  • Fluency in Hindi and English

    – essential for coordination across multiple locations.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and accountable with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to

    HR Technology tools

    such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People, or other HRIS systems.
  • Basic knowledge of

    Rewards & Recognition programs

    .
  • Experience in

    HR MIS / Reporting / Analytics

    within a banking or shared services setup.
  • Understanding of

    compliance and audit processes

    in a banking environment.
