Qualifications: Any Graduate Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Candidate Management

Post job openings, review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews. Maintain Excel Sheets and candidate communications.

• Onboarding & Records

Manage documentation for new hires, facilitate orientation processes, and maintain accurate digital and physical employee records.

• Employee Engagement & Administration

Assist in organizing events, training sessions, and office initiatives. Address general HR queries and support policy communication.

• Payroll & Benefits Support

Aid in payroll information collection, benefits coordination, and HR data tracking.

Skills & Attributes:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HRIS familiarity.
• Strong verbal and written communication with good interpersonal skills.
• Detail-minded, highly organized, and capable of handling confidential information.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Good exposure to Social Media Platforms like : Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram & so on..
