HR Associate

You are a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2+ years of experience, responsible for end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles to meet organizational needs. Your key responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruitment process, developing a pipeline of qualified candidates, working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, conducting initial screenings, and maintaining candidate records in the recruitment database. You will prepare and share regular hiring progress reports and possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Your role will involve talent acquisition, coordination, collaboration, screening, and selection processes. You must have strong recruitment process knowledge, proficiency in job portals and social media sourcing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. Additionally, you should have organizational and negotiation skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in recruiting for manufacturing, sales, logistics, or administrative roles, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, and a strong network for effective candidate sourcing. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work location is in person at Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi, with a 6-day workweek.,
