HR Associate

As an HR Associate at dSPACE in Trivandrum, you will play a pivotal role in the Human Resource department. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with HR teams on talent acquisition and management, supporting recruitment processes, assisting in onboarding activities, handling HR operations and administration tasks, gaining hands-on experience in employee relations, and working on cross-functional HR projects and initiatives. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Masters in Business Administration with an HR specialization, preferably complemented by a B. Tech degree. A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a passion for HR, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, attention to detail, and ownership skills are essential. Familiarity with labor laws and statutory regulations will be an added advantage.
