As an integral part of the HR team, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and administrative support. In the realm of Recruitment and Hiring, your responsibilities will include assisting in job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and participating in the initial stages of candidate selection to bring in top talent that aligns with the organization's goals. Moving on to Onboarding and Employee Relations, you will guide new employees through orientation, provide essential information about benefits and policies, address inquiries, and resolve issues to foster a positive and supportive work environment. In Benefits Administration, you will help explain benefits programs, answer employee questions, ensure compliance with benefit policies, and may assist in enrollment and maintenance of employee benefits to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Your role will also entail Compliance and Legal support by ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records, and contributing to the overall compliance efforts of the HR department. As part of Administrative Support, you will be responsible for managing paperwork, maintaining HR systems, preparing reports, and providing general administrative assistance to the HR team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, have familiarity with HR processes, employment law, and HR software, exhibit experience in an HR role or related field, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR software.
