Job Description

Urgent Openings for HR Associate - Neogrowth Credit Private Limited .

Assist in sourcing qualified candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, internal referrals, etc.)
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 & 2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role (freshers with strong internship experience may also apply).
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
