Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated HR Associate to join our dynamic team at a reputed hotel chain. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related data collection.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other HR documents.
• Help in handling employee queries and resolving minor grievances.
• Support compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an HR role (hospitality preferred).
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with MS Office and HR software.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
