Job Summary: Responsible for leading a bakery section (bread, cakes, or viennoiserie) with minimal supervision, maintaining product quality, hygiene, and timely production. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily preparation and production of bakery items. Maintain consistency in quality and presentation. Delegate tasks to DCDPs and Commis as per the production plan. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal products. Manage section inventory and requisitions. Coordinate closely with other kitchen sections for smooth operations. Requirements: Diploma in Bakery or Culinary Arts. 4–6 years of experience in bakery production. Strong skills in artisan breads, desserts, and laminated doughs. Leadership and time management skills. Job Summary: Supports the CDP in running a specific bakery section, ensuring high-quality output and kitchen discipline. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and finishing of bakery products. Follow standard recipes and portion sizes. Guide and monitor Commis-level staff during shifts. Maintain mise-en-place and ensure timely production. Adhere to hygiene and safety procedures. Report stock levels and assist in inventory management. Requirements: Diploma or certification in bakery or pastry. 2–4 years of experience in a bakery setup. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Job Summary: Entry-level role assisting in basic bakery preparation tasks under supervision, with a focus on learning and growth. Key Responsibilities: Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and glazes as directed. Assist in baking, molding, and finishing bakery items. Maintain cleanliness of workstations and utensils. Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products. Follow hygiene standards and kitchen protocols. Take initiative to learn and improve baking skills. Requirements: Basic bakery course or diploma. 1–2 years of hands-on experience preferred. Passion for baking and a willingness to learn.
