Job Description - Human Resource
Designation: Human Resources Associate
Reporting to:- Managing Trustee / CEO
Purpose of the Role:- To manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all HR processes and fostering a high- performance work culture. Location:- Dadar, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
β Proactively manage and oversee daily HR operations.
β Support leadership in maintaining and developing a high-performance work culture.
β Address employee grievances and implement HR policies for resolution.
β Recruit candidates as per job descriptions and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
β Manage relationships with empaneled recruitment service providers.
β Conduct induction and onboarding of new employees.
β Ensure timely execution of performance reviews and appraisals.
β Implement employee training and development programs.
β Facilitate smooth exit management and coordinate with relevant departments.
β Maintain accurate employee records and documentation using an HRIS system.
β Collaborate with finance and accounts teams for payroll processing and labor law compliance.
β Develop and execute an annual calendar for employee engagement initiatives.
β Provide strategic HR insights by analyzing employee data and records.
β Manage administrative tasks related to HR functions as needed.
β Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements: Educational Background: Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience managing HR for an organization with 20+ employees.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: βΉ30,000.00 - βΉ40,000.00 per month
