HR Assistant

Role Overview: As a part of this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities. This includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill various job positions within the organization. You will also be involved in training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. Additionally, you will play a key role in performance management processes, setting goals, providing feedback, and evaluating employee performance. Employee engagement activities will also be a part of your responsibilities to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates - Implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Manage performance management processes by setting goals, providing feedback, and evaluating employee performance - Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment - Handle performance appraisals and conduct regular feedback sessions with employees - Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters to new and existing employees - Manage exit formalities for employees leaving the organization Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in English for effective communication within the organization Additional Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for performance-based bonuses such as performance bonus, quarterly bonus, and yearly bonus. The work location for this role is in person, requiring your presence at the designated workplace to carry out the responsibilities effectively.,
