HR Assistant

As an HR Assistant at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR team. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with daily HR operations and performing clerical duties for the HR team - Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases, both in paper and electronic formats - Supporting recruitment efforts by posting vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate outreach - Coordinating onboarding processes by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring completion of necessary forms - Supporting benefits administration and coordinating with vendors - Managing HR calendars by scheduling interviews, training sessions, and HR events - Assisting with HR projects, employee engagement activities, and documentation such as contracts and handbooks - Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection and labor regulations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Associate's degree may be acceptable for some roles) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational ability, attention to detail, and capacity for multitasking - Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information professionally - Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Preferred qualifications include: - Knowledge of local labor regulations and compliance - Experience in coordinating training, events, or employee engagement initiatives.
