What a typical day looks like:
- Performs and supports HR Core services in and out HR systems; like Payroll inputs consolidation / salary administration, HRBP support, Payroll - HRIS system maintenance, Exit management , HR Letters administration and other functional areas.
- Promote and enable the self-service delivery model.
- Process execution under operational metrics (adhered to the standard operating procedures, meeting with the service level agreement)
- Maintains a highly collaborative relationship with other departments and sites, etc.
- Facilitate insights and data intelligence for critical decision making.
- Owners of key HR data.
- Maintain and record key information for tracking and historical purposes. Following and automated end to end ticketing system (Got it).
- Drives for continuous improvement
- Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a Human Resource related function and 2- 4 years of Human Resources or related experience.
- Demonstrates operations and technical skills and understanding of Flex’s functional standards. Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flex policies and procedures. Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Thorough understanding of local laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies.
- Hands on experience in MS. Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
