Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department.
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Coordinate and support onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and HR communications.
  • Support payroll and attendance management by maintaining employee data, leave records, and timesheets.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a professional manner.
  • Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Generate HR reports and assist in preparing presentations for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
