HR Assistant

As a US HR Assistant at System Soft Technologies, you will play a vital role in supporting various human resource functions to promote the company's culture, vision, and mission. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in implementing human resources programs and procedures for all employees - Serving as the main point of contact for benefits administration, including orientation, enrollments, terminations, and inquiries - Supporting the new hire onboarding process, including background checks, ADP onboarding, and new hire orientation - Ensuring compliance with policy/legal requirements for I-9 processes and conducting I-9 audits - Maintaining employee documentation, HR databases, and personnel files - Providing administrative support in all HR functions and executing employee engagement initiatives - Responding to employee inquiries and escalating issues when necessary - Maintaining knowledge of company policies and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments - Ensuring compliance with record retention policy and handling various HR activities Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - At least 2 years of human resources clerical experience - Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, EEO Compliance, and other relevant regulations - Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality - Demonstrated commitment to producing high-quality work About System Soft Technologies: System Soft Technologies is a leading technology company that provides consulting services and solutions to drive innovation and enhance business value.
