Job Description

Reports Directly to:

HR Manager

Position Overview:

The HR Assistant at Datamark, Inc. is an essential member of the Human Resources team, providing support in various HR functions including recruitment, on-boarding, employee records management, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively assist with HR tasks and enhance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new hire on-boarding processes and documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support benefits administration tasks, including explaining benefit plans to employees and assisting with claims
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
  • Help in the preparation of reports related to HR metrics and initiatives
  • Supports in monthly payroll, and handling employee grievances

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in an HR support role or administrative position.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems.

Soft Skills:

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Flexible with Shifts

Comfortable with work from office (Location - Thane)
