Job Description

As a Human Resources professional, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and selection process by developing job descriptions and specifications, advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates who align with both the job requirements and organizational culture. Key Responsibilities: - Develop job descriptions and specifications - Advertise job openings - Screen resumes and conduct interviews - Select candidates based on job fit and organizational culture Furthermore, you will be responsible for facilitating the smooth onboarding and orientation of new hires. This includes conducting orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture, as well as ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed. Qualifications Required: - Diploma preferred - 1 year of HR experience preferred - 2 years of total work experience preferred - Professional in Human Resources certification preferred In addition to recruitment and onboarding, you will be involved in identifying training needs, developing training programs, implementing training sessions, establishing performance standards, conducting appraisals, providing feedback, handling employee relations, administering compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining accurate employee records, promoting health and safety, managing HRIS, and contributing to strategic HR planning aligned with company goals and objectives. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with day shift schedule and yearly bonus. The work location is in person.
