You will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager in day-to-day activities, arranging and organizing daily meetings, conducting daily training sessions for employees through Zoom meetings, preparing daily reports, handling employee queries, and supporting HR operations effectively. Additionally, you will maintain records of meetings, training sessions, and employee performance, as well as actively participate in hiring processes, documentation, and onboarding tasks. Qualifications required for this role include being MBA (HR) qualified with a preference for female candidates. Language skills required include proficiency in Odia, Hindi, and English communication, along with the ability to draft professional emails in English. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day activities - Arrange and organize daily meetings as per the schedule - Conduct daily training sessions for employees through Zoom meetings - Prepare daily reports and submit them to the Senior Manager - Handle employee queries and support HR operations effectively - Maintain records of meetings, training sessions, and employee performance - Actively participate in hiring processes, documentation, and onboarding tasks Qualifications: - MBA (HR) qualified (Female candidates only requirement) - Proficient in Odia, Hindi, and English communication - Ability to draft professional emails in English Please note that the salary for this position will be based on your skills, experience, and industry standards. This is a full-time, permanent job with the benefit of working from home. The work schedule is a day shift with a performance bonus offered. The work location is in person.
