Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Ungrammary’s mission and values.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment — from collaborating on job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience that fosters belonging and clarity for every new team member.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and policy support.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance with employment laws and industry standards.
• Drive employee engagement, L&D initiatives, and culture-building activities.
• Continuously refine HR processes, keeping pace with organizational needs and legal updates.

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in startups or creative agencies.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle, and labor laws.
• Excellent English communication — both written and verbal — is essential.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Strong interpersonal skills — empathetic, proactive, and able to build trust.
• Familiarity with HR tools (HRMS, ATS) is an advantage.
• Highly organized with a passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
