Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Handle recruitment, onboarding & employee records. Manage attendance, payroll coordination & compliances. Support HR policies, employee engagement & performance reviews. Address employee queries and grievances. Administration Monitor official emails, documentation & MIS reports. Data entry, filing, and vendor coordination. Assist management with scheduling, travel & daily ops. Organize meetings and office events. Skills & QualificationsGraduate in HR/Business/Admin (freshers with the right attitude welcome). 1–3 yrs of HR/Admin experience preferred. Good communication & interpersonal skills.
