Key Responsibilities: Human Resource (HR): Ensure company policies, guidelines, and compliance standards are properly implemented and maintained. Manage monthly attendance records, leave tracking, and finalize salary sheets in coordination with accounts. Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances, conflict resolution, and providing guidance to staff. Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for new employees. Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR data. Administration: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the institute. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely support for academic and operational activities.
