Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR & Admin Manager to oversee both human resource and administrative functions at ICA Institute. The role requires ensuring that organizational policies and guidelines are strictly followed, managing employee-related processes, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. The candidate will also serve as a key contact point for students, providing assistance and resolving concerns effectively. Key Responsibilities: Human Resource (HR): Ensure company policies, guidelines, and compliance standards are properly implemented and maintained. Manage monthly attendance records, leave tracking, and finalize salary sheets in coordination with accounts. Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances, conflict resolution, and providing guidance to staff. Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for new employees. Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR data. Administration: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the institute. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely support for academic and operational activities. Serve as a point of contact for students, listen to their concerns, and provide quick resolution or escalate when required. Ensure proper upkeep of office infrastructure, supplies, and resources. Assist management in implementing institute-wide initiatives and events.
