Job Description

ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and offboarding. Handle all employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Administer compensation and benefits, including payroll processing, health insurance, and retirement plans. Administrative Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by establishing and enforcing procedures, rules, and standards. Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities. Manage budgets for office and administrative expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR & Admin Manager or in a similar combined role. Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices, as well as office management procedures. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and office management software. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
