Job Description

Key Responsibilities Human Resources: Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance with accounts team. Support employee engagement activities, team-building, and performance reviews. Draft HR policies aligned with company culture and compliance needs. Administration: Oversee office facilities, supplies, and vendor management. Handle travel, event, and meeting arrangements for staff and clients. Maintain company documents, contracts, and agreements. Coordinate with external service providers Support management in daily operational and compliance-related tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of HR/Admin experience (creative/SME/start-up background preferred). Good knowledge of HR practices, statutory compliance, and office administration. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
