Job Title: HR Admin Officer Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced HR Admin Officer to join our team at Hake Hospital. You'll be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities: - Employee Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, leave, and attendance. - Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters. - HR Documentation: Prepare and distribute HR policies, procedures, and internal communications. - Payroll and Benefits Administration: Support payroll preparation and benefits administration. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. - Internal Communications: Coordinate HR meetings, interviews, and training sessions. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role. - Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Salary Range: ₹25,000-₹40,000 per month This role requires someone who is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about human resources and administrative excellence.
