Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administration to manage and support day-to-day human resource and administrative functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR processes and workplace administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR administrative activities including employee records, documentation, and data management
  • Support recruitment activities such as interview coordination, onboarding, and induction processes
  • Maintain employee files, attendance records, leave management, and HR databases
  • Assist in payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee benefits administration
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, letters, and official correspondence
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and HR best practices
  • Coordinate internal communication and employee engagement activities
  • Provide administrative support for audits, training programs, and performance reviews
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR and administration

Educational Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (mandatory)
  • Schooling must be completed from CBSE or ICSE boards only

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Sound understanding of HR processes and administrative functions
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,946.49 - ₹25,031.64 per month
