HR Admin

As an HR Admin, you will play a dual role in supporting both human resources and administrative functions within the organization. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management, while also managing office administration, facilities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your role will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Onboarding - Employee Records & Documentation - Employee Engagement & Relations - Performance Management & Training - Office Operations & Facilities Management - Travel and Event Coordination - Health & Safety Compliance - General Administrative Support - Marketing Support Key Requirements: - Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Certification in HR management or administration is an advantage. - Preferably 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, with a preference for candidates who have been in the same company for a long duration. - Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and labor laws. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
