We are seeking a motivated HR Admin to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. This role is perfect for individuals looking to grow their career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date and compliant with regulations.
Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Manage employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in payroll processing and maintain attendance records.

Skills and Qualifications

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
