Description

We are seeking an experienced AC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing various air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Perform regular maintenance and repairs on air conditioning systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with AC units and related components.
Install new air conditioning systems and ensure proper functionality.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Respond to service calls and provide timely solutions to clients.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in HVAC or AC maintenance.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
Strong knowledge of various AC systems, including split, window, and central air conditioning units.
Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
Certification in HVAC technology or a related field is preferred.
Good communication skills to interact with clients and provide recommendations.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment as needed.
