Description

We are seeking a skilled Pump Assembly Supervisor to oversee our assembly operations in India. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in pump assembly processes and demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Supervise the assembly process of pumps and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Train and guide assembly team members on best practices and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections of assembled pumps to ensure functionality and quality.
Maintain inventory of parts and materials required for pump assembly.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to implement improvements in assembly processes.
Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in pump assembly or manufacturing supervision.
Strong understanding of pump assembly processes and quality control standards.
Proficient in using hand tools and machinery related to pump assembly.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
