Description

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Electrician with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of electrical systems within our buildings.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in buildings.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify potential problems.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient building operations.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in building maintenance electrical work.
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with electrical codes and safety regulations in India.
Proficient in using electrical testing equipment and tools.
