Job Description

HR Executive Job Description Responsibilities: Implement and manage HR policies and procedures. Oversee recruitment processes, including resume screening, interviews, and background checks. Maintain employee records and update HR databases. Manage employee benefits and compensation packages. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Prepare and present HR-related reports to management. Handle employee separation processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. 2+ years of experience in HR or a related role. Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
