Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Gurgaon Sector 30 Star Tower Job Type: Full time Experience Required: 1- 2 years Salary: Depends on interview + incentives Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products, services, or new offers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle rejections gracefully. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to customers and promote products/services. • Maintain accurate records of conversations and update customer information in the database. • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments. • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets. • Provide feedback to the team regarding customer concerns. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred). • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role is a plus. • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in relevant computer applications (MS Office, CRM software, etc.). • Ability to handle pressure and rejection positively. • Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as per need].
