Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic Admin cum HR Executive (Fresher) to support our HR and administrative functions. This role provides a valuable opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in administrative operations and human resource management within a dynamic, professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily administrative operations, including document management, record keeping, and office supplies management. Support HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, and employee engagement. Maintain employee records and manage data entry efficiently. Coordinate internal and external communications effectively. Handle incoming queries and direct them appropriately. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and trainings. Coordinate tasks and provide assistance to management as needed. Assist in the preparation of quotations and tender documentation. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates welcome). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of HR and administrative processes. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; good command of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
