HR Admin Executive

Job Title: HR & Admin Executive Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Experience: 1 - 3 Years Job Type: Full-time (On-site) About Us: We are a growing Industrial Distribution company based in Coimbatore, specializing in Textile Spinning Machine Accessories. We currently have a team of 20+ employees serving clients across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. We are expanding rapidly and plan to hire 10+ new team members this year. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage our day-to-day HR operations. You will play a key role in hiring new talent to support our growth and ensuring smooth office administration. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (Priority): Post jobs, screen resumes, and schedule interviews to fill open positions (Sales, Support, etc.) as we expand the team. Onboarding: Handle joining formalities and orientation for new employees. Payroll & Attendance: Manage daily attendance logs, leave tracking, and assist in monthly payroll processing. HR Policies: Implement and explain company policies to employees; handle employee grievances and queries. Administration: Manage general office upkeep, vendor management, and other Admin work Documentation: Maintain employee files and ensure statutory compliance documents are updated. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or Admin roles. Language: Must be fluent in Tamil and English. Knowledge of Telugu/Malayalam is a plus but not mandatory. Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (for payroll/data), Word and email communication. Location: Candidate must be based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate.
