HR Executive - (Exp: 2.0 Yrs to 5.0 yrs) - (CTC: 3.0 LPA to 4.0 LPA) Mehra Goel & Co. @Market Yard (Pune) Client: Mehra Goel & Co @Market Yard (Pune) Post: HR Executive Vacancies: 01 Gender: Female Edu: Graduate /MBA/ PG in HR Exp: Min. 2.0 to 5.0 Yrs CTC: 3.0 LPA To 4.0 LPA Job Location: Market Yard (Pune) Joining: Immediate / 15 days /30 days Job Description: About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for our growing team. This is an operations-heavy role focused on employee records, attendance, coordination, and ensuring processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Oversee attendance, leave management, and HR documentation. Ensure daily timesheets/daysheets are updated and monitored. Manage onboarding, exits, and employee lifecycle documentation. Maintain HRMIS records and ensure data accuracy. Support payroll coordination and compliance documentation. Handle employee engagement activities and office coordination. Manage limited hiring requirements as needed (non-core). Ensure policies and HR procedures are implemented effectively. Requirements: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred. 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles. Working knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation. Good communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Reliable, structured, and comfortable handling end-to-end HR operations. (NO ANY KIND OF CONSULTANCY CHARGES)
