We specialize in creating innovative, functional, and high-quality workspace solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of modern businesses. Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated fresh graduates to join our Sales & Business Development team. The selected candidate will assist in lead generation, promote our products, and support the overall sales process to drive business growth. This is an excellent opportunity to launch a rewarding career in sales, marketing, and client relationship management within the office furniture industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and field visits. Engage prospective customers to introduce and explain our product offerings and services. Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations. Follow up with leads and ensure a robust sales pipeline. Support senior sales representatives in client meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities. Provide excellent customer service and foster strong relationships with clients. Stay updated with product information, market trends, and competitor insights. Assist in sales-related administrative tasks as required. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with effective persuasion and negotiation abilities. Eagerness and willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented environment. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits. Preferred Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi. Passion for sales and customer engagement. Previous internship or academic project experience in sales or marketing (preferred but not mandatory). He should have a driving licence and his own Bike/vehicle for Client visit.
