Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Service Supervisor to lead our After-Sales Service & Installation team. The ideal candidate will oversee service operations, manage onsite installations, handle client service requests, and ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily after-sales service activities and onsite furniture installations. Ensure prompt execution of service calls, warranty repairs, and preventive maintenance. Assign tasks to service and installation team members, monitoring performance and productivity. Perform site inspections to verify installation quality, compliance with project specifications, and safety protocols. Engage effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing timely solutions. Prepare detailed service reports, maintain accurate documentation, and update records in service management systems. Collaborate with internal departments (Production, Sales, Design) to resolve service-related issues. Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts, initiating procurement as needed. Train and mentor junior technicians and installers, ensuring adherence to company standards. Ensure proper maintenance and availability of tools, equipment, and materials.
