HR & Admin Executive


Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding & induction programs.
  • Assist in payroll processing and compliance with labor laws.
  • Organize employee engagement and training initiatives.

Administration:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations (supplies, vendor management, facility management).
  • Ensure smooth coordination between teams and management.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and office documentation.
  • Support travel and logistics arrangements.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient workplace environment.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in HR/Admin roles (manufacturing, services, or waste management sector preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with HRMS/payroll software is a plus.

Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
