Job Title: Admin & HR Executive

Experience: 5–7 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (Garment Industry Focus):

* Handle recruitment for staff, supervisors, and factory workforce.

* Maintain employee records, attendance, and biometric systems.

* Manage payroll, overtime, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, etc.).

* Coordinate training programs for workers and staff to improve efficiency and compliance.

* Conduct performance reviews and support retention strategies.

* Address worker grievances and ensure healthy industrial relations.

Administration:

* Oversee factory and office administration including housekeeping, security, and transportation.

* Manage vendor contracts and services (canteen, hostel, uniforms, safety equipment).

* Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety standards, and factory regulations.

* Maintain stock of office/factory supplies and monitor procurement.

* Organize company events, meetings, and welfare activities for workers.

* Provide administrative support to management as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

* 5–7 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in garment / textile / manufacturing sector.

* Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory compliances.

* Ability to manage blue-collar workforce effectively.

* Good communication and people management skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
