Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – HR & Admin who will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, office administration, facility management, and supporting recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling both HR and administrative functions with a strong sense of ownership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources:
  • Support end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate and manage employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Handle attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll coordination.
  • Support grievance handling and ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.

Administration & Facility Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration including housekeeping, pantry, stationery, and vendor management.
  • Manage facility-related activities such as maintenance, office supplies, and security coordination.
  • Handle petty cash, prepare expense reports, and ensure timely reimbursements.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure, utilities, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for office maintenance, repairs, and services.
  • Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for staff and guests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and office management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,935.06 - ₹35,945.44 per month
