Role Summary: The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations while contributing to financial reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Support audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for financial matters Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as required Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Good understanding of financial regulations and taxation Effective communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
